Eco-Technology Products manufactures the Tellurian, an innovative disposable wastebasket made from 100% reclaimed recycled paper. Designed for hospitals, hotels, offices, workplaces, and events, the Tellurian helps organizations improve sanitation, reduce the risk of cross-contamination associated with reusable plastic wastebaskets, and lower labor costs while supporting sustainability initiatives. The Tellurian is manufactured as a flat corrugated product. While this shipping method is efficient for manufacturing, customers expect to receive the product fully assembled and ready to use. As demand increased, Eco-Technology found that assembling each Tellurian in-house had become a significant operational challenge. Valuable staff time was being diverted away from core business activities, order fulfillment was slowing down, and production bottlenecks began impacting customer delivery timelines.
Power Path Logistics partnered with Eco-Technology to take the assembly and fulfillment process completely off their team’s plate. Our warehouse receives the flat corrugated components directly from the manufacturer. From there, our team:
- Receives and inspects incoming inventory
- Professionally assembles each Tellurian wastebasket
- Builds customer-specific pallet quantities based on each order
- Securely palletizes completed products
- Ships orders directly to customers
