The work we do at Power Path Logistics is about much more than moving products from Point A to Point B. It’s about the people who make every pick, pack, kit, shipment and delivery happen—and the unique talents, personalities and perspectives they bring to our team. Today we’re getting to know Josh, who joined Power Path in February 2026 and quickly became an important part of our warehouse team. Originally from Brookfield and a graduate of LT High School, Josh came to Power Path Logistics with warehouse experience from Amazon. Today, you’ll find him picking and packing orders, printing shipping labels, building kits and occasionally hitting the road in our delivery van. But there’s more to Josh than his work on the warehouse floor. He’s a reader, gamer, dreamer and aspiring game designer who appreciates a good story—and apparently, a really good cheeseburger.
Josh joined Power Path Logistics in February after his friend (and now, co-worker!) Nathaniel told him about the company. “I had come from an Amazon warehouse and had experience that I knew I could bring here,” Josh says.His experience has been valuable, but his role at Power Path Logistics has also given him the opportunity to learn an entirely new side of warehouse operations. “At Amazon, I was physically moving a lot of product but not doing the pick and pack,” he explains. “Here, I’ve learned the backend processes of getting orders out the door.” His responsibilities include picking and packing orders, printing shipping labels and building kits. He’s also learned how to drive the delivery van for kit deliveries—one of his favorite changes of pace. “It’s nice to get out of the warehouse and drive.”
Ask Josh about his favorite part of his job, and his answer is refreshingly simple: picking orders and getting them out the door. “There’s a certain calmness to it and I like getting the work done.” That steady, patient approach seems to fit Josh well. In fact, when asked to describe him in three words, his family chose patient, smart and a dreamer. And that dreamer side definitely comes out when Josh talks about his future.
One thing Josh appreciates most about working at Power Path Logistics is knowing that the work he does has a real impact. That’s especially true when he’s helping ship energy-efficiency kits that can help people make their homes more energy efficient. For Josh, knowing what’s inside the boxes—and why those products are being shipped—makes the work feel meaningful.
Josh says one of his favorite things about his coworkers is their sense of humor. “They’re hardworking and have a good sense of humor, which makes for a nice camaraderie.” That camaraderie is important to Josh because, to him, being a good teammate comes down to one thing: communication. “Being in constant communication with everyone around you is the lifeblood of the work environment.” It’s a philosophy that fits perfectly into a busy warehouse environment, where a simple question, update or heads-up can make the difference between a smooth day and a frustrating one.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys reading, watching TV and playing video games. He’s particularly drawn to fantasy books, which may help explain one of his favorite movies: The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. And Josh isn’t just a fan of games—he has degrees in game design and game programming. His goal? Keep growing at Power Path Logistics while eventually putting those degrees to work. For now, though, he’s happy where he is. “I’d like to still be working here for as long as I can.”
If Josh could have any superpower, he wouldn’t choose invisibility or super strength. He’d choose flight! “It would allow me to see the world from a new perspective.” That desire to see the world also shows up in his travel bucket list. One of Josh’s favorite places he’s visited is the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, which he experienced on a high school choir trip. If he could hop on a plane tomorrow, he’d head to Japan—or back to Ireland.
