Every team member brings something unique to our workplace. Our People of Power Path series celebrates the incredible individuals who make our company stronger every day. This month, we’re excited to introduce Justin Winslow, a dedicated member of our warehouse team whose positive attitude, creativity, and strong work ethic make a difference every day.
Justin lives in Western Springs, Illinois, with his family. When asked how his family would describe him, he didn’t hesitate: kind, creative, and hardworking. Those qualities shine through in everything he does at Power Path. Justin loves animals and always has a funny video to share with his co-workers. His favorite holiday is Christmas, and if he’s heading out to eat, you’ll likely find him at Benihana, one of his favorite restaurants.
Justin joined Power Path Logistics in March 2021 through the Lyons Township High School Transition Program. Since then, he has become a dependable part of our warehouse operations. On a typical day, Justin helps build boxes for our kitting projects, assembles kits, cleans and organizes work areas, takes out the garbage, and helps move heavier materials when needed. While he tackles a variety of responsibilities, his favorite task is building boxes.
One of Justin’s greatest strengths is his ability to work quickly, allowing projects to move efficiently and helping the team stay productive. When asked what accomplishment he’s most proud of, his answer perfectly reflects his work ethic: “I finish as much as I can.” That determination and willingness to contribute are qualities his teammates appreciate every day!
Justin has a passion for helping others. If he could spend a day doing any job, he would choose one where he could support the LGBTQ community, reflecting his desire to make a positive impact beyond the workplace. For someone starting their very first job, Justin offers simple but meaningful advice: “Work on what you enjoy doing most.”
Justin’s kindness, hard work, and commitment help make Power Path Logistics a better place to work every day. We’re grateful to have him on our team and look forward to seeing all he’ll continue to accomplish.
